Water heater fixed the same afternoon
Called at 10 am with no hot water and they were here by 1. Daniel explained the thermocouple issue, quoted it first and had it running in under an hour. Fair price and very polite.

Good work, slightly late
Arrived about 30 minutes after the window but called ahead to let me know. The drain was cleared fast and they showed me the camera footage.
Midnight emergency, handled
A supply line burst at midnight. They answered, talked me through shutting off the main and had someone here within the hour.
Repiped our 1978 house in two days and patched the drywall better than I expected. Clean, respectful crew.
